Is Your Bakery Using a Scrapbook to Help Sell Products?

 

A baker will suggest some type of trim for the cake and the while the baker has seen and created this many times, it can be a hard time for the customer visualizing exactly what this trim will look like.  

I believe an assortment of scrapbooks could indeed help close the sales. Once the customer sees exactly what they want, they can make the purchase. Alternately, if the customer can see the exact design and want the colors a tad different, the customer can ask for the design in a different color.  

As a baker, take photos of your finished products. Put them into a scrapbook to help create future sales.  

Here is a proven recipe "tip" to instantly perk up sales on those dreaded slow days within your donut or bakery shop “you know, the days that you wish, was Friday?” Digital photos are ideal to run specials with related baked products and an effective way to convey new products to customers that only use the drive-thru and/or a means of advertisement to generate new customers by offering a brochure of your weekly specials…  

Digital photos make and create additional sale’s when combined with related products and an example would be?  

I run specials within my donut shop by taken digital photos of specialty donuts that relate to coffee drinks “Products that go together, Grow together” such as Mocha Espresso’s with Mocha doughnuts or vanilla lattés with vanilla filled donuts, and then create a digital advertisement "photo shop software" with a description of the “special” being offered (the price, the size, and when) that targets my slower business days and, that I would like to target additional sales too!  

The possibilities are endless when you consider all the specialty products offered within a donut or bakery shop, so always remember “Products that go together, Grow together”!
