Donut Glazers

Donut Glazers are a simple and effective time saver, allowing the operator (Baker) to fry and then, glaze yeast and cake donuts in a side by side set up. The glazer is designed to last, made of all stainless steel (S/S) construction. One quick pass with the accompanying dipper (Commonly known to bakers as a claim shell) gives baked and fried products a uniform covering; excess glaze drains into the stainless steel reservoir for reuse.  The entire works of the glazer are easily removed, without tools for easy cleaning.

The glazer is much more than just that; by applying a surgery glaze to baked and belshaw icing tablefried goods, ensures the end product is sealed from the air improving shelf life.  In addition (As an added bonus) the glazer conveniently stores excess frying screens, located under the glaze reservoir and this is helpful after transferring the donuts from the fryer, to the glazer.

To optimize the donut glazer for peak productivity I recommend glazing screens, frying screens and display be of the same size, for easier transfer of products. An example would be: Should you own a Lucks Donut Fryer of 18x26 (Interior dimension) it only makes sense to have the frying screens, glazing screens and display pans the same size.

It is all about speed and ease of use within a large production or wholesale operation and you will want every way possible to reduce time in the donut shop, (See Pictures listed below and take note of frying and glazing screens are of equal size. In addition take note how the donut fryer, glazer and icing/prep table complements each other, for a productive shop.).
