The Dough Scraper is much more than just that? I use the scraper more than any other tool, in the donut shop ( A must have a accessory) for scouring the tops of donuts, cutting, sizing and squaring donut dough too cleaning the bakers bench after a long nights bake. Also the scraper is ideal for transferring donuts to the frying screen.  

Tip: Use a file to sharpen the scraper for easy cleaning of the bakers table!
